Anniversary of an international pharmaceutical company in Almaty

Task: To organize a celebration of the company's anniversary, not limited to standard methods of holding the event.
Solution: Options for holding the event were discussed, a decision was made to organize an environmental campaign - planting deciduous trees on the territory of the mountain resort. A modern site was selected, the planting was organized: an agreement with the mountain resort on the allocation of a zone for planting, the purchase of seedlings, multimedia equipment was provided, activities and a gala dinner were organized.
Result: Participants gained valuable experience, and the customer received a professionally organized event.

Incentive trip for Polish dealers of the European electrical engineering concern

Task: Develop an incentive tour in Kazakhstan, and next year in Kyrgyzstan for the best dealers.
Solution: 4-day route through Kazakhstan with exclusive excursions, off-road test drives and business class service. Next year, an 8-day route around the Kyrgyz Republic has been organized for dealers.
Result: Dealers were delighted, employee motivation increased.

Corporate team building for a Russian pharmaceutical company

Task: To unite a team of 180 employees in an unusual format.
Solution: An outdoor quest in the mountains, master classes in national cuisine, trips to two national natural parks and an evening gala dinner were organized.
Result: The team strengthened its team spirit and the event received excellent reviews.

Corporate team building for an international telecommunications company

Task: To renew close communication and cooperation between various departments of a large company after the pandemic period. Various departments of the Company are involved: marketing, sales, contact center, legal service, HR , compliance control, top management.
Solution: Trips to five national parks in the Almaty region were organized, various activities were involved (category rafting, river rafting, rock climbing, hot air ballooning, horse riding), and mobile catering was provided in the Almaty region.
Result: The team strengthened its team spirit and the event received excellent reviews.

Natural and entertainment part of the program of the board meeting of a large Russian private bank

Task: to develop and implement part of the program for a meeting of the board of directors of a large bank.
Solution: routes have been developed for quad biking , fourth category rafting, and off-road jeeping.
Result: elements of the physical and health-improving part for members of the bank’s board of directors were successfully introduced and implemented into the corporate governance event program.
